How long does it take to get my design?

Turnaround times vary by project: Business cards take 2-3 business days, flyers and social media graphics take 3-5 business days, logos take 5-10 business days depending on the package, and complete brand identity packages take 10-14 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

What file formats will I receive?

You will receive all common file formats including high-resolution PNG and JPG files for web and print use, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for logos and scalable graphics, and print-ready PDF files with proper bleed and crop marks where applicable.

How many revisions are included?

Our Startup Logo Package includes 2 rounds of revisions. All Professional and Premium packages include unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. Print and digital design packages include multiple revisions as specified in each service description.

Do I own the rights to my designs?

Yes. All rights and ownership transfer to you upon final payment. You can use your designs in any way you choose, including for commercial purposes, without any additional fees or licensing restrictions.

Can you match my existing brand colors?

Absolutely. We can work with your existing brand guidelines, colors, and fonts to ensure your new designs match your current branding perfectly.

What if I do not have a logo yet?

No problem. We can start with a logo design package and then create your other materials to match. Many clients start with our Premium Brand Identity Package which includes logo, business cards, and other essential branded materials.

Do you provide printing services?

We provide print-ready files that you can take to any printer. We can also recommend trusted printing partners if needed. All our print designs include proper bleed, crop marks, and color specifications for professional printing.

Can you design for social media?

Yes. We create graphics sized specifically for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other social media platforms. Our Social Media Template Kits include editable templates for ongoing content creation.

What is your design process?

Our process begins with a discovery phase where we learn about your business and design preferences. We then create initial concepts based on your input. You review the designs and provide feedback. We refine your chosen design until you are completely satisfied. Finally, we deliver all file formats and assets.

Do you use AI in your designs?

Yes. We use AI-assisted tools to speed up certain parts of the design process, allowing us to deliver quality designs faster and more affordably. However, all designs are created and refined by our experienced human designers to ensure professional quality and creativity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required before we begin work on your project.

Do you offer discounts for multiple projects?

Yes. Contact us for volume pricing if you need multiple design projects. We offer discounts for non-profits, military, veterans, and seniors.

Can you rush my order?

We offer unlimited revisions on most packages and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will work with you until you are completely happy with your design. If we cannot meet your needs, we will provide a full refund.
